Brochure describes work of Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalitions of Southern New Jersey to lower infant mortality and improve the health of mothers and babies. Coalitions operate in Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties.  Coalition membership is free and open to residents in these counties.
